About Our Company

Arledan America LLC is a private real estate investment company active in North America since 2010.  It is a subsidiary of a long-established Israeli private real estate investment company.  Arledan America has acquired a number of apartment complexes located in the Midwest and Northeast.  Its sister company, Arledan America 2 LLC, has invested in office, industrial, and retail properties in the Northeast United States. 

Elliott Shiff directs and oversees Arledan America's real estate investments.  In addition to managing its current portfolio, Elliott is actively seeking out experienced partners in order to expand Arledan’s core assets in the United States and Canada.  Elliott is a registered Real Estate Salesperson in Toronto, Canada.  He has a Master of Science from the Columbia School of Journalism and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from York University.
